Big Baby Gorilla Bear, LLC will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, and other unforeseen events. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend operations as necessary.
