At Big Baby Gorilla Bear, we are a small family-owned business, with a big passion for t-shirts, apparel, customer service, and quality. We put a lot of effort into ensuring the quality of our products, and to make certain we meet your expectations, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Please Read Carefully Before Returning Products:

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Failing to follow this procedure may result in delays and additional fees.

Returns:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase because there’s an issue such as a defect, incorrect product, or damage during shipping, you’re covered by our 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

The item must be in new condition: unwashed, unmodified, and unworn except for trying it on. (NOTE: an exception is if we ask you to wash it – occasionally some manufacturing substances can get onto the product that will wash away. We will provide specific instructions if this is necessary).
Notify us within 30 days from the delivery date at re*****@bi****************.com.
Include your name, address, order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach photos or videos clearly showing the problem. Check out our blog post on “How to Do a Proper Retrun, Refun, or Exchange”.
Photos should be clear and show the issue easily/clearly. If you have received a replacement, and the replacement is incorrect or has an issue, please take a photo of the original product along with the replacement product.
For items that are off-center, please make certain to take a photo with a tape measure, that shows how significant the image centering is affected. The same is needed for shirts that are outside of the quality control variances (illustrated on the product page size charts).
We will review the documentation, and inform you of the next steps. Please do not send the product back without following these steps – as this might incur additional cost and delays.

For Returns Due to Change of Mind or Other Reasons Not Listed:

You may return the product under the same conditions as above.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will review your request, and provide the return address via email upon your notification.

We will promptly review your submission and contact you with the next steps or request additional information to process your return.

Please note, Return Processing typically may take 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Return Payment Processing may take an additional 3-5 business days, depending on multiple factors. Variables outside our control may affect the timeframes listed above. We make every effort to process within the timeframes stated above! Exchanges:

Do you need to exchange your item for a different size or color? No problem! Our exchange process is simple and ensures you get what you need.

Exchange Process:

Include your name, address, order number, phone number, and details of the item you wish to exchange (including the desired product name, size, color, etc.)
Explain briefly why you wish to exchange the item(s).
