1. Eligibility

Age Restriction: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless prohibited by law.
Prizes: Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the Eligible States.
Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Big Baby Gorilla Bear, LLC d.b.a. BigBabyGorillaBear.Com, its affiliates, and the social media platforms used (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

Entry Method: To enter, visit the designated entry page (This page) at https://bigbabygorillabear.com/big-baby-gorilla-bear-giveaway-rules-terms-conditions/ (Link – Click Here) and complete the entry form (at the bottom of this page). All entries must include a valid email address, shipping address, and other required information as specified on the form.

Agreement to Terms: By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Big Baby Gorilla Bear, LLC d.b.a. BigBabyGorillaBear.Com’s (herein also referred to as the “Sponsor”) Privacy Policy, which can be found in these terms below. Failure to check the required “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box will render your entry invalid.

Multiple Entries: Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Time Frame

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12.00 A.M. March 11, 2025 and ends on 12:00 A.M. on March 29  (so last day is March 28)(herein known as the “Entry
Period”), unless extended or terminated earlier by the Sponsor, unless prohibited by law.

4. Prizes

Number of Prizes: There will be three prizes awarded. Prizes are as follows:

1. Grand Prize Winner wins 1 Big Baby Gorilla Bear Hat and 1 Sweatshirt, Hoodie, Long Sleeved Tee, or Jersey (You Choose From Our Selection!)

2. Second Place Winner wins 1 Big Baby Gorilla Bear Hat and 1 Big Baby Gorilla Bear Short Sleeved T-shirt  (You Choose From Our Selection!)

3. Third Place Winner wins 1 Big Baby Gorilla Bear Short Sleeved T-Shirt (You Choose From Our Selection!)

Prize Details: Prize details, including descriptions and approximate retail values, will be provided below, and provided to winners  upon selection of the item(s) winners choose.  Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable. Out of Stock or Discontinued items may not be eligible. 

Shipping Restrictions: Prizes will only be shipped to addresses located within the Eligible States, unless prohibited by law.
Fulfillment Timeframe: Unlike a regularly purchased product, the prizes fulfillment time frames are expected to be between 4-6 weeks. 
Retail Value: 

• Sweatshirt, Hoodie, Long Sleeved Tee, or Jersey has a maximum retail value of $53.49 (depending on specific product and size).
• Short Sleeved T-shirt has a maximum retail value of $46.49 (depending on specific product and size).
• Hat has a maximum retail value of $25.99.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Selection Method: Winners will be selected at random by a computer-based system from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Notification: Winners will be notified by email and phone within 3 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification,   the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Alternate winners will follow the same rules.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Disclaimers and Release of Liability

Social Media Platforms: This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media/media platform or internet forum on which this Giveaway is shared, unless explicitly stated, and you release each such platform from any and all liability related to your participation in the Giveaway, unless prohibited by law.

General Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Big Baby Gorilla Bear, LLC d.b.a. BigBabyGorillaBear.Com and its respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage resulting from or in connection with your participation in this
Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, unless prohibited by law.

No Warranty: The Sponsor makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation of the
Giveaway or the suitability of any prizes for any particular purpose, unless prohibited by law.
Force Majeure: Big Baby Gorilla Bear, LLC will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, and  other unforeseen events. In such cases (where circumstances are out of our control), we reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend operations as necessary, and discontinue product giveaways and product distribution, where applicable by law.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable, imposed on or associated with the receipt or use of any prize are solely the responsibility of the winner, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Big Baby Gorilla Bear, LLC  harmless from any and all tax liability, including any claims, penalties, or expenses related to such taxes.

7. Privacy

Data Collection: Any personal information submitted by participants will be used in accordance with BigBabyGorillaBear.Com’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bigbabygorillabear.com/privacy-policy/ (Link – Click Here) By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, unless prohibited by law. 

Winners agree to the use of winner’s name, likeness, and/or prize and entry information by the Sponsor in any medium without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Where applicable by law, management reserves the right to waive this requirement if a winner requests in writing that their information be withheld.  Big Baby Gorilla Bear, LLC may need to retain winner’s information internally for a period of time to ensure and prove the integrity of the Giveaway. 

8. General Conditions

Sponsor’s Rights: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, unless prohibited by law.

Governing Law: This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, and in the County of Miami, Ohio, unless prohibited by law.

Disputes: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be

9. Acceptance of Terms

**By entering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms and Conditions, including the Terms and Conditions of this website, and agree that all decisions of the Sponsor, are final and binding in all respects, unless prohibited by law.
